With Talkatoo, you dictate each field of the SOAP yourself — "chief complaint, comma, lethargy and decreased appetite for three days, period." With Coggo, you have a normal conversation with the client during the exam, and the SOAP is written automatically based on what was discussed. Different workflows. Talkatoo is faster than typing. Vitals from conversation, not separate dictation
During an exam you naturally say "weight is 28 kilos, temp 38.5, heart rate 120." Coggo extracts these as structured vitals automatically. With dictation software, you would dictate each vital separately into the appropriate PIMS field.
