What counts as a SOAP note?
Any time you generate a structured SOAP from a recording or transcript. AI variants like recaps and referrals don't count separately on Pro and Team — they're unlimited.
Do you charge per recording?
No. Recordings and transcripts are unlimited on all plans. Only generated SOAP notes count toward the Free tier's 10-per-month limit.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades are immediate. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle. Prorated automatically.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards via Stripe. Annual invoicing available by request.
