Does Coggo integrate with my PIMS?
Coggo works alongside any PIMS today via copy-paste and PDF export. Direct integrations with major PIMS are on our roadmap. A public API is coming for clinics with in-house IT.
How accurate are the SOAP notes?
Coggo uses state-of-the-art AI for SOAP generation and purpose-built medical speech recognition for transcription — among the most accurate models available for clinical use. Every note is reviewable and editable. You are always the clinical decision-maker; Coggo handles the typing.
Does Coggo train AI on my data?
No. Recordings, transcripts, and notes are never used to train models. Audio is stored encrypted in your region. All AI and transcription providers process your data on a zero-retention basis — nothing is retained after your SOAP is generated.
Can I cancel anytime?
